I have been described as 'passionate' by my colleagues and clients, a description which I wear with pride!  I am passionate about people development, business success, and creating outstanding customer interactions.  To me, being passionate means being fully committed, being completely engaged, and being an active part of my clients business from every view point.

I believe business success stems from people and process. My personal mantra comes from a quote from Tom Penske which reads, "Look after your people, who will look after your customers, who will look after your business". From my perspective, L&D is more than just creating and delivering training courses, it is about implementing people and process oriented learning systems, and finding to right solution to solve the problem.
