I would like to start with my 'WHY'. Why is people development so important to me. I have always had an affiliation with psychology and moreover personality profiling.  I can see the potential in everyone, when I see a client realise that potential it is beyond words how that makes me feel.

I am so passionate about people development, I have spent the last 15 years of my career learning and sharing on the matter. I like to think I share this with my own unique flare and a little humour.

A quote I like to remind myself about everyday is "The key to communication is to hear what is not being said!". If we can truly hear what is not being said in our interactions each day we would all be a lot wiser!
